hard tissue exam
what does the hard tissue exam entail?

finalize treatment plan

gathering and analyzing pt data to arrive at a cause, and contributing risk factors to decide how to improve their oral and general health condition
learn who pt is, what they want, assess their needs, communicate and decide WITH THEM their treatment options
