Origin: Supraspinous Fossa of the Scapula
Insertion: Greater Tubercle of the Humerus
Action: Abduct the shoulder.
Infraspinatus
Origin: Infraspinous Fossa of the Scapula
Insertion: Greater Tubercle of the Humerus
Action: Laterally rotate the shoulder; Adduct the shoulder.
Teres Minor

Deltoid
Origins: Lateral third of the Clavicle, Acromion Process, Spine of Scapula.
Insertion: Deltoid Tuberosity
Action: Abduct the shoulder.
Pectoralis Major
Origins: Medial ½ of Clavicle, Sternum, and Cartilage of Ribs 1-6
Insertion: Crest of the Greater Tubercle of the Humerus
Action: Adduct the shoulder; Medially rotate the shoulder.
Pectoralis Minor
Origins: Ribs 3-5
Insertion: Coracoid Process of the Scapula
Action: Depress the scapula; Abduct the scapula.
Coracobrachialis
