Aryan Race

a narrow definition used by the National Socialists to describe the Nordic people of a pure blood without “contaminations” from races or ethnicities outside that geographic region

demilitarization

removal of all things serving a military purpose from an area (weapons, troops, vehicles, etc.)

Dictatorship

a totalitarian form of government where individual liberty is largely prohibited and the economic activities of the people are centrally planned (production, exportation, compensation, etc.)

Diplomacy

 the art of negotiating terms of an agreement with a foreign power

Embargo

a government-enforced ban on trade

Appeasement

submitting to a bully based on the premise that your “friendliness” will prevent further aggression

Isolationism

withdrawing from international affairs; limiting diplomacy and interaction with foreign countries

Puppet Government

a structure of government put in place by a more powerful state that controls its actions from afar

Regime

an authoritarian government; one that rules, not governs

Ultimatum

a final decision forced upon you, rejection of its terms will be met with harsh consequences
