The crime scene in wherever it happens to you, can't go back to your state for the trial; you have to have it in the state where the crime happened. The state of the crime, or as close as possible, it can be, or whenever Congress says it has to be held.
What is treason?
Treason is the crime of betraying one’s country by aiding its enemies or attempting to overthrow its government.
What needs to be heard before someone might be convicted of treason?
You must confess to what you did, and you need to have a two eye-witness or video proof.
Who determines the punishment for treason?
