Deeper than deep, pressing hard to the bone, syncope, severe pain, blockage pathogens
Can only be felt at the deep level: large, wiry & long, excess cold, Qi stagnation & blood stasis
Forceless and thin at the 3 positions and any region. Disappears when press hard Qi, Blood, Yin and Yang Deficiency

Slow & skip beat at irregular intervals. Stagnation of Qi, Blood, cold & food if forceful. Heart Qi or Heart blood deficiency
