How do endotherms maintain body temperature?
they use thermal energy generated by metabolism
ex: change in heart rate, muscular contractions(shivering)

they rely on behaviors
ex: moving in and out of the sun

the amount of energy expended by an animal over a specific amount of time

What is the difference between the two types of autotrophs?
photosynthetic organisms capture energy present in sunlight whilst chemosynthetic organisms capture energy from small inorganic molecules present in their environment with or without oxygen
