-cylindrically shaped fiber

-supple ivory white strands are durable, pliable, and have good dyeing qualities.

Rattan

-belongs to the palm family

different types:

1. high or low climbers

2. single stemmed or clustered rattan species

Bamboo

-used as raw material in various industries

-applications: construction, textile, musical instruments, weapons, and more
