Pyramidal composition
A compositional arrangement in which the figures form a pyramid, with a wide base at the bottom and a peak toward the top, creating balance and grounding around a central group.
Triangular composition
A related arrangement where the central figure is framed by a triangle; the widest part is at the bottom, producing stability and a sense of calm.
Symmetry
A balanced distribution of visual elements around a central axis, often resulting in a peaceful, orderly appearance (e.g., trees or figures arranged symmetrically).
Central grouping
The cluster of figures placed at the center of the composition that anchors the scene and provides focal balance.
Grounding
The impression of stability given by a solid base or base-like structure in a composition, reinforcing the central figures.
