Posterior tib
Origin: posterior surface of tibia, surface of fibula and interosseous membrane
Insertion: Tuberosity of navicular bone, all cuneiform bones, cuneiform bones, cuboid bone, bases of metatarsal bone 2-4
Gastrocnemius
Origin:
lateral head: upper posterolateral surface of lateral condyle of the femur
medial head: posterior surface of medial femoral condyle, popliteal surface of femoral shaft
insertion: posterior surface of the calcaneus via calcaneal tendon
Triceps brachii
Origins:
long head: infraglenoid tubercle of the scapula
medial head: posterior surface of the humerus
lateral head posterior surface of the humerus
insertion: olecranon of ulna and fascia of forearm
Supinator
Origin: lateral epicondyle of humerus, radial collateral aligament, annular ligament, supinator crest of ulna
insertion: lateral, posterior, and anterior surfaces of proximal third of radius

Origin: upper lateral facet on the ischial tuberosity
insertion: horizontal groove on the posteromedial surface of the medial tibial condyle
Gluteus maximus
Origin: Lateroposterior surface of sacrum and coccyx, gluteal surface of ilium, thoracolumbar fascia, Sacrotuberous ligament
Insertion: Iliotibial tract, gluteal tuberosity of femur
Gluteus minimus
Origin: gluteal surface of ilium
Insertion: anterior aspect of greater trochanter of femur

rhomboid minor: nuchal ligament, spinous processes of vertebrae C&-T1
rhomboid major: spinous process of vertebrae T2-T5

rhomboid minor: Root (medial end) of spine scapula
rhomboid major: medial border of scapula
Latissimus Dorsi
Origin:
vertebral part: spinous processes of vertebrae T7-T12, thoracolumbar fascia
iliac part: posterior third of the crest of ilium the
costal part: rib 9-12
scapular part: inferior angle of scapula
insertion: intertubercular sulcus of the humerus, between pectoralis major and teres major muscles (LADY between two MAJORS) (lady refers to lats)

Insertion: transverse processes of C1-C3 vertebrae
