A semi formal signature may be requested in person pr by phone and is obtained in a casual environment and requires a one-on-one appointment. Semi formal signature appointments must be a minimum of 30 mins long
Formal Signature
A formal signature must be requested by phone and is obtained in a casual environment and requires a one-on-one appointment. Formal signatures must be a minimum of 1 hour long

Alumnae chapter development officer
They are responsible for developing and supervising networking groups of alumni centralized in a geographical area, whether it be a city or region. they will also assist in connecting alumni chapters to Collegiate chapters

Chapter development officer
They are responsible for assessing chapter needs and providing guidance to facilitate effective leadership and management skills of officers and members
Service academics officer
Their responsible for assessing chapter needs and providing guidance to facilitate programming opportunities and areas focused on academics and service
Records officer
They will be responsible for overseeing the general according and maintenance of all Kappa Delta Chi information
External recruitment officer
They are the primary point of contact for prospective interest groups and will facilitate those groups and two perspective chapters
New member education officer 1& 2
They are responsible for the education and implementation of the national new member education program across all Collegiate chapters. responsibilities will be distributed between two officers in this position
Graduate member education officer
They oversee the graduate member intake process and works to integrate the new sisters into the organization post initiation.
Membership recruitment officer
They will advise and assist chapters in strategic recruitment efforts
Marketing officer
They will oversee consistent standardized National Vendor management for the sorority. they are also tasked with curating strategic marketing campaigns and strategies the public affairs team deemed necessary to advance the KDChi brand and vision.
Volunteer manager
They will manage volunteer resources to assist in the delivery of the organization's projects programs and services
Charter member education officer
They will oversee the educational process for all perspective chapters from pinning to initiation and work to ensure the charter members are taught the ideals of KDChi
Risk Management officer
They will ensure that the sorority aims to provide the safest possible social atmosphere for its members and their guests, that the sorority is placing sound risk management procedures to minimize and control the national organization's exposure and losses, will implement, and maintain the national risk management policy and reports infractions when necessary
Communications Officer
They will oversee consistent standardized communication for the sorority they will report to the vice president of public affairs
