Males - halfway between anterior subaxillary point and nipple

Females - One third of the way between anterior subaxillary point and nipple

Midaxilla

vertical fold along the midaxillary line at the level of the xyphoid process of the sternum

Subscapular

diagnonal fold 1-2cm from the inferior angle of the scapula

Triceps

vertical fold halfway between the acromion and the olecranon processes on the posterior mid-line of the upper arm

Abdominal

vertical fold, level with the umbilicus about 2cm to one side

Suprailiac

diagonal fold at the iliac crest and the anterior axillary line

Thigh

vertical fold on the anterior surface, halfway between vertical border of the patella and the intersection of the inguinal crease and the midpoint of the long axis of the thigh
