infants younger than 6 months, those with weakened immune systems from ongoing medical conditions (HIV, thymus disorder, B and T lymphocyte or phagocytic function deficiencies), cancerous tumors, had organ or bone marrow transplant in the past 2 years, people who are getting radiation treatment

those at increased risk for having reaction to yellow fever but the benefits of the vaccine outweigh the risk

age 60 and older, infected with HIV but dont have symptoms, pregnant or breast feeding
