Focuses on working in a positive and harmonious environment, encouraging team work.
Involves resolving any conflicts quickly before they can escalate into something serious.
Encourages employees and managers to build a sense of trust and community.
Laissez-Faire
Manager has limited input into the work that employees perform.
Enables employees to complete tasks in their own way and to learn from their mistakes.
Encourages an element of creativity.
Important that the leader provides the required resources and tools for employees to complete their roles.
