Cerebral Lateralization

Motor Unit
A motor neuron and the muscle fibers it innervates, essential for muscle contraction.
Muscle Fatigue
The decline in ability of a muscle to generate force.
Neuromuscular Junction
The synapse between a motor neuron and a muscle fiber where neurotransmitters transmit signals for contraction.
Dominant Arm
The arm that is typically stronger or more coordinated, often used for measurements in muscle strength tests.
Dynamometer
An instrument used for measuring force or power, often utilized in hand grip strength tests.
