All options above line have cefazolin, ceftriaxone, cefazimide, cefepime (later gen Cephalosporins), Piptazo, and Carbapenem

Only vascular insufficiency you can consider metronidazole, clindamycin (considering anaerobic coverage, also pip-tazo helps with anaerobic coverage)

All bottom: Vancomycin (pref), Linezolid, Daptomycin

PHM Measures - Targeted Osteomyelitis

Biggest difference: For vascular insufficiency you need to be thinking about anaerobic coverage for treatment and treatment is generally longer
