Juice

Sparking Water
Water that is carbonated and served in a stemless wine glass without ice.
Hot Tea

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Legal requirement to not serve alcohol to anyone under 21.
Acceptable IDs
Forms of identification that can prove age, such as a valid US Passport or Driver's License.
Carding Rule
Policy to card anyone who looks 30 or under to verify age.
Draft Beer
Beer served from a keg, with brands including Fat Tire Amber Ale and Lagunitas IPA.
Wine Service
All wines sold by the bottle are opened at table; wines by the glass are offered in 6 oz. or 9 oz. pours.
Margaritas
Cocktails made with tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice; can be served with or without salt.
Base Pour
Standard measured serving of liquor, typically 1.5 oz. in a rocks glass.
Espresso Martini
