Middle Superior Alveolar block; anesthetizes maxillary premolars and the mesiobuccal root of the first molar.
ASA
Anterior Superior Alveolar block; anesthetizes canine, lateral, and central incisors.
NP
Nasopalatine block; anesthetizes the anterior palatal tissues.

Regional Infiltration
Technique by which the anesthetic is infiltrated into the area around the affected teeth but does not anesthetize palatal tissue.
Peridontium/Soft tissues - Facial
The facial soft tissues around the affected teeth that are anesthetized by the injection.
Incisive Foramen
An anatomical landmark important for the administration of the ASA block.
Mesiobuccal root
A root configuration relevant to the innervation and anesthesia of the first molar.
