Gender Constancy
Understanding that gender is a stable and invariant characteristic, developed by children between the ages of 3-6.

Gender Similarities Hypothesis
The assertion that males and females are more similar than different in many psychological and behavioral traits.
Hostile Attribution Bias

Antisocial Behavior

Transgender Children
Children who persistently identify as a gender different from their assigned sex at birth, often realizing this identity by preschool age.
Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome
A condition where individuals with XY chromosomes develop female genitalia due to receptor malfunction, impacting gender identity.
Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
A condition in XX infants characterized by high levels of androgens, which can influence gender identity and preferences.
Social Domain Theory
A framework proposing that moral decisions are influenced by three domains: moral, societal, and personal.
Gender Roles
Societal expectations regarding behavior, attitudes, and activities appropriate for men and women.
Cisgender
