¼ inch above and centered on the right coat pocket (inspector’s perspective), parallel to the deck

Regulation for the Name Tag

Centered horizontally over the front seam on the left side (inspector’s perspective), ¼ inch down from the intersection of the front shoulder seams.

Regulation for Service Stars

¼ inch above the top row of ribbons, centered accordingly

Regulation for Medals

¼ below the top of the pocket, similarly centered
