Ali wanted to buy a smartphone online. Ali didn’t want a custom-designed smartphone as it is expensive. Therefore, the normal ones on the market were already adequate for him.
The policy of Shopee is for the customer to pay first. Then they will order the items from the seller to be shipped to the customer. Thus, Ali paid RM2200 for the smartphone, Samsung S21 Ultra (512GB).
The item arrived 2 weeks later. Ali was satisfied with his purchase and so did the seller.
