Gender Dysphoria is a disorder characterized by distress due to incongruence between experienced gender and assigned sex
→ require impaired funcitoning
→ not all gender nonconforming individuals have gender dysphoria

Need 6 month duration of at least two symptoms in adults and six symptoms in kids
→ one of which must be a strong desire to be the other gender

What is the etiology of gender dysphoria

The more older brothers you have the more likely you are to be trans
→ prenatal exposure to sex hormones may also be behind it

What are the three Female Sexual Dysfunction Disorders?

Female Sexual Interest/Arousal Disorder
→ reduced interest in sex

Female Orgasmic Disorder
→ delayed or absent orgasm despite adequate stimulation

Genito-Pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder
→ pain or fear of vaginal penetration

What are the four Male Sexual Dysfunctions?

Erectile Disorder
→ difficulty getting hard

Delayed Ejaculation
→ delayed or absent ejaculation

Premature Ejaculation
→ ejaculation within 1 minute of penetration

Male Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder
→ low or absent sexual thoughts
