Phrenic nerve

- Plexus: cervical plexus

- Motor: diaphragm

- Sensory: pericardium & pleura

Musculocutaneous nerve

- Plexus: brachial plexus

- Motor: anterior compartment of arm

- Sensory: skin of lateral forearm

Median nerve

- Plexus: brachial plexus

- Motor: anterior compartment of forearm (except FCU and 1/2 of FDP)

- Sensory: skin of anterolateral palm and digits 1-3

Ulnar nerve

- Plexus: brachial plexus

- Motor: flexor carpi ulnaris and 1/2 of flexor digitorum profundus

- Sensory: skin of medial palm and digits 4-5

Axillary nerve

- Plexus: brachial plexus

- Motor: deltoid, teres minor

- Sensory: skin of superior lateral shoulder

Radial nerve

- Plexus: brachial plexus

- Motor: posterior compartment of arm and forearm

- Sensory: skin of posterior arm, forearm, and hand

Obturator nerve

- Plexus: lumbosacral plexus

- Motor: medial compartment of thigh

- Sensory: skin of medial thigh

Femoral nerve

- Plexus: lumbosacral plexus

- Motor: anterior compartment of thigh

- Sensory: skin of anterior thigh, medial knee, and medial leg

Tibial nerve

- Plexus: lumbosacral plexus

- Motor: posterior compartment of thigh, posterior compartment of leg

- Sensory: skin of plantar foot

Common Fibular nerve

- Plexus: lumbosacral plexus

- Motor:

**superficial - lateral compartment of leg

**deep - anterior compartment of leg

- Sensory:

**superficial & deep - skin of lateral leg and dorsal foot
