Right Shoulder (Anterior(ish) View)
A view of the front aspect of the right shoulder joint.
Right Hip (anterolateral)
Refers to the front and side aspect of the right hip.
Right Hip (posteromedial)
Refers to the back and inner aspect of the right hip.
Right Knee (Anterior)
Refers to the front aspect of the right knee.
Lateral Collateral
A ligament located on the outside of a joint, specifically in the knee.
Iliofemoral
A ligament connecting the ilium of the pelvis to the femur, providing stability to the hip.
Medial Collateral
A ligament located on the inner side of the knee joint.
Patellar
Related to the kneecap (patella) and its associated structures.
Pubofemoral
A ligament that supports the hip joint, connecting the pubis to the femur.
Coracoclavicular
A ligament connecting the coracoid process of the scapula to the clavicle.
Trapezoid
A ligament part of the coracoclavicular complex located beneath the conoid ligament.
Conoid
A ligament part of the coracoclavicular complex that stabilizes the clavicle.
Acromioclavicular
A joint where the acromion of the scapula meets the clavicle.
Coracoacromial
A ligament extending from the coracoid process to the acromion, contributing to shoulder stability.
Coracohumeral
A ligament connecting the coracoid process to the humerus in the shoulder joint.
Glenohumeral
Refers to the ligaments of the glenohumeral joint, which connects the glenoid cavity to the humerus.
Ischiofemoral
A ligament that provides stability to the hip joint, connecting the ischium of the pelvis to the femur.
Transverse Sc
Referring to structures that may be cross-sectional or horizontal; possibly a full term is truncated.
