A condition marked by the displacement of the femoral head epiphysis, typically affecting young, heavy males, with symptoms primarily in the groin.
Coxofemoral Dislocation

Compartment Syndrome
A painful condition caused by increased pressure within a muscle compartment, which can hinder blood flow and cause permanent muscle damage without treatment.
Legg Calve'-Perthes Disease
Avascular necrosis of the femoral head occurring in children ages 4-10, which can lead to pain, limping, and potentially osteoarthritis if untreated.
Sports Hernia
A weakening of muscles in the inguinal canal leading to groin pain without a palpable lump, exacerbated by physical activities.
