3 Cs of Cooperation
Cooperation is opposed to Confrontation or Competition.

Achieving collective/individual goals, division of labor, conflict prevention, information/knowledge acquisition, and maintaining system functionality.

Includes teamwork, partnership, collaboration, networking, community cooperation, international cooperation, and informal cooperation.

Increased efficiency, problem-solving, shared benefits, improved relationships, and greater impact.
Requirements for successful Cooperation
Effective communication, listening skills, openness to perspectives, compromise, and a positive attitude.

Not based on formal agreements, often spontaneous and voluntary.
