The concept of « Cooperation»

  • Cooperation is the process of working together with others to achieve a common goal or accomplish a task through joint action. It involves a coordinated effort and a willingness to share resources and information. 

  • A key factor in creating a positive work environment and promoting effective problem-solving. 

  • 3 Cs: Cooperation is opposed to Confrontation or Competition.

Forms of Cooperation

  4. Networking: involves building relationships and connections with other individuals or organizations in order to achieve a common goal.

  5. Community cooperation: involves individuals and organizations working together to achieve a common goal in a specific community or neighborhood. 

  6. International cooperation: involves countries or international organizations working together to achieve a common goal. 

  7. Informal cooperation: is not based on formal agreements or contracts and is often spontaneous and voluntary, such as when people help each other in daily life.

• Having strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team can also be beneficial.
