People that are impacted by the project, either positively or negatively.
Positive Impact
When stakeholders benefit from a project, such as customers enjoying a product.
Negative Impact
When stakeholders are adversely affected by a project, such as employees losing their jobs due to process optimization.
Stakeholder Agreement
A mutual understanding of project outcomes and objectives between the project manager and stakeholders.
Prioritize Stakeholders
Focus on stakeholders with the most power and interest to effectively manage project requirements.
Engagement
The continuous interaction and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project.
Monitor Engagement
Regularly assess changes in stakeholder involvement and satisfaction during the project.
