Issue with League of Nations

1. Never represented the whole community of nations

2. US Senate didn’t pass the League of Nations, so they never joined.

3. Insufficient power over offenders and a lack of enforcement capabilities, which hindered its effectiveness in maintaining peace and resolving international disputes.
