Describe what the LOS is. Explaining why it is so important to the offense and to defense in regard to the phrase “control the LOS.”

LOS is the line of scrimmage where the ball starts at the play. It’s important to control the LOS because you are able to put pressure on the opponent and largely control the flow of the play/game.
