    • when the president opens a meeting

    • the written notice sent to all members about the time and place of a meeting

    • its like the bat-signal, except its for a bunch of people

  • usually open to everyone, however, attendance may be limited to invite only

  • they should adopt a parliamentary authority at their first meeting

    • since mass meetings = usually used to create a society, they don’t have anything established yet. It’s good to set things straight from the get-go.

  • it is just a random meeting, so only new business can be brought up
