when the president opens a meeting

the written notice sent to all members about the time and place of a meeting
its like the bat-signal, except its for a bunch of people
Mass Meeting
usually open to everyone, however, attendance may be limited to invite only
they should adopt a parliamentary authority at their first meeting
since mass meetings = usually used to create a society, they don’t have anything established yet. It’s good to set things straight from the get-go.
