What are the main parts of the CNS?
The brain and spinal cord.
What does the CNS stand for?
Central Nervous System. It includes the brain and spinal cord, responsible for core body functions and processing information.
What does the PNS stand for?
Peripheral Nervous System. It includes all the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord, connecting the CNS to the rest of the body.
What does the cerebrum control?
The cerebrum controls thinking, emotions, voluntary actions, and is divided into two hemispheres.
