Decomposer
Bacteria or organisms that break down dead bodies or organic matter.
Symbiosis
A close interaction between two or more organisms of different species.
Mutualism
A symbiotic relationship where both species benefit from each other's interaction.
Commensalism
A symbiotic relationship where one organism benefits and the other is unaffected.
Parasitism
A symbiotic relationship where one organism benefits and the other is harmed.
Competition
A relationship where two or more organisms compete for the same resources.
Intraspecific
Competition occurring within a single species.
Interspecific
Competition occurring between different species.
Predation
A predator-prey relationship where one organism hunts and consumes another organism.
