the ability to gather to demonstrate or protest political/social issues

Redress Grievances

publicly asking the government for solutions to problems

Freedom of Assembly Responsibility

demonstrate decently, and lawfully for appropriate issues

Second Amendment

Establishes a militia (armed citizens)

Brady Law

restricts the sale of handguns by requiring a waiting period before purchasing

Third Amendment

Protects a citizen’s property rights

Fourth Amendment

Prevents “searches and seizures” of private property

Sixth Amendment

A fair, quick trial is guaranteed to all citizens

Seventh Amendment

In any lawsuit exceeding $20, a jury trial must be used in court

Eighth Amendment
