What are the steps to making chow mein?
heat wok until white smoke appears
add soybean oil and heat for 5-10 sec at 200°F
add cabbage and celery & onion mix.
stir fry for 10 seconds
add noodles and mix in wok
add cooking wine
add sauce
add sesame oil and fold
serve
