What are the steps to making chow mein?

  1. heat wok until white smoke appears

  2. add soybean oil and heat for 5-10 sec at 200°F

  3. add cabbage and celery & onion mix.

  4. stir fry for 10 seconds

  5. add noodles and mix in wok

  6. add cooking wine

  7. add sauce

  8. add sesame oil and fold

  9. serve
