Sleep hygiene
Knowing and refreshing good sleep habits.
Examples of sleep hygiene
Shutting off electronics, meditation, workout early, less caffeine.
Narcolepsy
A condition where a person is at fall risk and should live with someone.

Leg moves at night, so PT can't sleep, ask PT if they need a sleeping aide.
