Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB)
A model of behavior change developed by Ajzen in 1985, focusing on intentions, personal beliefs, and social influences.
Behavioral Attitude
The extent to which an individual approves or disapproves of a behavior and considers its outcomes.
Subjective Norms
Personal beliefs about what others think of them and their behavior.
Perceived Behavioral Control
A person's belief regarding how easy or difficult it is to carry out a behavior.
What increases perceived behavioral control?
When an individual has resources.

If individuals have failed before, they may believe they will fail again.
