Case Study:

Inamate organism: Those organisms which cannot move and do human like activities (Non living organisms) are known as Inamate organism.

1) Is non living organisms contain cell.

2) What is Anmate?

3) Can unicellular organisms is independent. How?

1) NO

2)Anmate; dose against which can perform human like functions and show living organism characteristic is known as Anmate organisms

3) yes unicellular organism independent existence occur because it can perform all essential function of life with a single cell.

Protoplasm and Protoplast?

Protoplasm: the product of nucleus and cytoplasm is known as protoplasm.

  • Protoplast: cell without cell wall is called protoplast.

  • The product of protoplasm plus cell membrane is called protoplast

Cell discovery

  • Dead cell was discovered by Robert hooke and Term cellula.

  • The first time leavings Albert discovered by Antonvonleeuwenhoek.

  • Robert Brown discovered nucleus.

Note: discovery of electron microscope easy to study cell and its structure.

Delimiting layer

We have two type of cell plant cell and animal cell plant cell the outermost layer of plant cell is cell wall and the outer layer of animal cell is cell membrane. The delimiting layer of plant cell is cell wall and delimiting layer of animal cell is cell membrane therefore the delimiting layer is also the outer layer of cell.
