Using cargo ships to export/import. More quick and convenient. Allows mass goods to be shipped.

TNC (Transnational Corporation) are companies recognised worldwide. They manufacturer and operate and source their materials in more than i country.

They’e often known for

-child labour

-worse working conditions and hours

-have imporvished families

What are Tariffs?

Is a tax from the government on all imported goods.

What are subsidies?

Money paid by the government to support the local industry

What are quotas?

The limit of goods imported into the country

What is free trade?

The concept of trading with few to no restrictions at all

What is Fair Trade?

The trade between developed countries’ companies and producers from developing countries, where they’re paid a fair price.
