What is Fetishistic Disorder?
It is a mental health condition where a person experiences intense sexual arousal from non-living objects (e.g., shoes, gloves) or specific body parts (e.g., feet), leading to significant distress or impairment in daily life.
What is the criteria for Fetishistic Disorder?
Recurrent and intense sexual arousal from either the use of nonliving objects or a highly specific focus on nongenital body part(s), as manifested by fantasies, urges, or behaviors.Â
The fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.Â
The fetish objects are not limited to articles of clothing used in cross-dressing (as in transvestic disorder) or devices specifically designed for the purpose of tactile genital stimulation (e.g., vibrator).
What is Transvestic Disorder?
It is a condition where a person experiences intense sexual arousal from cross-dressing (wearing clothes of the opposite gender), leading to significant distress or impairment in daily life.

It is a mental health condition where a person experiences intense sexual arousal from secretly observing others who are naked, undressing, or engaging in sexual activity, without their consent.

Recurrent and intense sexual arousal from the act of being humiliated, beaten, bound, or otherwise made to suffer, as manifested by fantasies, urges, or behaviors.Â

What is Gender Dysphoria?
It is a condition where a person experiences significant distress or discomfort because their gender identity does not match their assigned sex at birth.

A significant mismatch between an individual’s experienced or expressed gender and their assigned gender at birth

For boys (assigned male at birth), there may be a strong preference for cross-dressing or imitating female clothing. For girls (assigned female at birth), there may be a strong preference for wearing typically masculine clothing and a resistance to wearing typical feminine clothing.

What is Transsexualism?
It is a term used to describe individuals who experience gender dysphoria and seek to transition from their assigned sex at birth to the gender with which they identify.

Who is a homosexual transsexual man?
It is someone who was born as a boy but feels like a girl on the inside. These people often feel they are in the wrong body, so they may want to change their body to match how they feel. Some of them are attracted to other boys, just like how some boys are attracted to other boys (this is called being gay)
Who is a homosexual male-to-female transsexual?
It is someone who was born a boy but wants to live as a girl, and they are attracted to men who like women. They feel like they are a woman on the inside and want their body to reflect that.
Who are Autogynephilic transsexuals?
They are people who were born male but feel like women, and their motivation to transition comes from being sexually attracted to the idea or fantasy of themselves as a woman. This is different from being attracted to others; instead, they are attracted to the thoughts or images of themselves as female.
What is sexual abuse?
Sexual abuse is sexual contact that involves physical or psychological coercion or at least one individual who cannot reasonably consent to the contact (e.g., a child).
