Green certification
A certification indicating that a building meets specific environmental standards.
Urban planning
The process of designing and regulating the use of land to achieve specific outcomes.
Contractor
An individual or company hired to perform work on a project.
Water conservation
The practice of using water efficiently to reduce unnecessary water usage.
Biodiversity
The variety and variability of life forms within a given ecosystem.
Public transport
Transportation services that are available for use by the general public.
Building Management System (BMS)
A system that controls and monitors a building's mechanical and electrical equipment.
Fire prevention and fighting (PCCC)
Measures and practices aimed at preventing and controlling fires.
Maintenance fund
A reserve of money set aside for the upkeep of a facility or infrastructure.

An urban area that uses digital technology to enhance performance, well-being, and service.
Life cycle assessment (LCA)
A technique to assess environmental impacts associated with all the stages of a product's life.

Using less energy to provide the same level of energy service.
Stakeholder
Any individual or group that has an interest in or is affected by a project.
