sometimes combining with t wave.

Treatment is usually not needed & will self remedy

QRS to F wave ratio 3:1

Atrial Fibrillation (A-Fib);

atria is beating at a fast & irregular rate, quivering;

causing unclear P wave formation or no P wave formation at all

Wandering Atrial Pacemaker (WAP);

-3 or more different P wave morphology in a strip;

60-100bpm;

Usually doesnt cause serious symptoms

if symptoms do occur then beta blockers will be used

Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia;

Same as WAP however with an addition of Tachycardia;

3 or more P wave morphologies in a strip;

greater than 100bpm;

Calcium channel blockers,
