User Requirements Gathering

Functional Requirements
Specifications that describe what a system is supposed to do.
Non-Functional Requirements
Specifications that describe how a system should perform, including qualities like usability and performance.
Personas
Hypothetical archetypes of real users that represent target users' common behavioral characteristics.
Scenarios
Specific situations that describe how a persona might interact with a product to achieve a goal.
User Stories
Short, simple descriptions of a feature or function of a product from the user's perspective.
ISO 13407
A standard framework for applying human-centered design and evaluation techniques.
Usability Requirements
Criteria that focus on how easy and pleasant a product is to use, addressing the user experience.
Iterative Process
