A day school (n)

(Trường bán trú) A school where the students go home every evening and do not live at the school.

A special needs school (n)

(Trường chuyên biệt) A school for children who need special help or care, for example because they are physically or mentally disabled.

(Trường nội trú) A school which some or all of the pupils live in during the school term.

(Trường chuyên) A school in Britain for children aged between 11 and 18 who have a high academic ability.

A comprehensive school (n)

(Trường công lập hỗn hợp) A state school in which children of all abilities are taught together.
