Substrate
What the enzyme is working on. In this image the substrate is a polymer.

Enzyme
The enzyme is a catalyst. It either breaks down polymers into monomer units or puts together monomers to form polymers.

Enzyme-Substrate Complex
This refers to the substrate being in the active site of the enzyme.

Active Site
This is the location on an enzyme where the substrate will attach to the enzyme and either be broken down or where monomers will join to form a polymer

Products
Once an enzyme "works on" the substrate a product is formed. In this image the products are monomer units.
