Raspberry Lemonade

Sweet and tart

1.) Rim highball glass with sugar

2.) 2oz grey goose vodka

3.) 2 squeeze of lemon (dispose of slices)

4.) 1oz of raspberry puree

5.) 3 oz of lemonade from gun

6.) add ice

7.) 6 sec shake and strain

8.) add ice and lemon wedge

Moonshine Swirl

1.) 1oz of moonshine at bottom of highball glass

2.) top with frozen margarita from machine

3.) garnish with lime wedge

Death Valley

1.) into the Walkons cup ad 2oz of Svedka vodka

2.) add 2oz of Don Q rum

3.) 2 oz of triple sec

4.) 2 oz of razzmatazz

5.) 3 oz of fresh pineapple juice

6.) 3 oz of orange juice

7.) add ice and roll the drink

8.) garnish with the orange wedge and cherry pick and 2 straws

Blueberry Coconut Mojito

1.) add 5 mint leaves and 5 blueberries to a pint glass

2.) add 0.5 oz of simple syrup

3.) muddle 5 times

4.) add 2 oz of Malibu rum

5.) add 0.5 oz of finest call lime juice

6.) add 0.5 oz of pineapple juice

7.) add ice and shake for 6 seconds and pour into highball glass

8.) top off with soda water and then ice, a mint sprig, lime wedge, and 3 blueberries to garnish

Eye Hurricane

1.) 0.75 oz of orange juice into a pint glass

2.) 1 oz of passion fruit puree

3.) 0.5 oz of finest call lime juice

4.)1 oz of Bacardi superior

5.) 1 oz of crown royal apple

6.) 0.25 oz of grenadine

7.) fill with ice and shake for 6 seconds and strain into a highball glass with ice and garnish with a cherry and blood orange chip

Praline Espresso Martini

1.) into a pint glass pour 2 oz of owen’s espresso mix

2.) 1.5 oz of Wheatley vodka

3.) 1 oz of Mr. Black cold brew liqueur

4.) 0.5 oz of Evangeline’s praline pecan liqueur

5.) fill with ice and shake

6.) strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar

Strawberry Lemon Drop

1.) Rim ½ of the edge of a martini glass with sugar and garnish rim with a lemon

2.) into a pint glass add 1.5 oz of fresh victor strawberry and lemon

3.) 1 oz of lemonade from soda gun

4.) 1.5 oz of deep eddy lemon vodka

5.) 0.5 oz of Cointreau

6.) add ice and shake, then strain into martini glass

Maker’s Old Fashioned

1.) 2 oz of Maker’s mark into a rocks glass

2.) 0.5 oz of simply syrup

3.) one dash of angostura bitter

4.) stir the drink

5.) gut an orange and twist the rind, rub along the rim of the glass and drop it in

6.) De-stem a maraschino cherry and throw it in

7.) Fill glass halfway with ice

O-line

1.) 2 oz of finest call blood orange sour into a pint glass

2.) 1.5 oz of titos vodka

3.) 0.5 oz of cointreau

4.) fill shaker with ice and shake

5.) to the shaker add 2 oz of blood orange ginger beer

6.) strain into highball glass with ice and top with blood orange chip

Mad Mary

1.) using a lime wedge rim a pint glass with tajin

2.) in another pint glass add 2 oz of Tito’s, 4 oz of zing zang

3.) roll the mixture into the rimmed glass and top with more ice

4.) put skewer with 2 beans and an olive horizontally across the center, the Tabasco goes on the back left, a lemon wedge on the right but more toward the center

Top Shelf Margarita

1.) use a lime to ½ rim a highball glass with salt and garnish with a lime wedge

2.) in a pint glass add 2 oz of fresh victor lime and agave, 0.25 oz of finest call lime juice, squeeze 1 lime wedge and drop in, add 1.5 oz of Don Julio Blanco, and 1 oz of Cointreau.

2.) top with ice and shake

3.) top rimmed glass with ice and strain drink into glass

Spicy Mango Margarita

1.) Use a lime to rim a rocks glass with tajin and garnish with the wedge

2.) to a pint glass add 0.5 oz of mango puree

3.) add 2 oz of fresh victor lime and agave'

3.) 1.5 oz of espolon reposado

4.) 0.5 oz of ancho reyes chile liquer

5.) fill with ice and shake

6.) fill rimmed glass with ice and strain

Watermelon Margarita

1.) in the shaker squeeze one lime wedge

2.) add 2 oz of fresh victor lime and agave

3.) add 1.5 of lunazel blanco

4.) add ice and shake

5.) add 2 oz of watermelon redbull

6.) strain into a highball glass filled with ice that has been rimmed with salt and a lime wedge

How to pour a draft beer

Hold the glass at a 45 degree angle without the tap touching the glass, as it fills turn the glass upwards and then let the beer settle. You want a 1-½ inch head.

1.) 0.5 oz pomegranate syrup, 1.5 oz OJ, 1.5 oz cranberry juice, 1 oz casamigos blanco, 1 oz captain Morgan into a pint glass

Strawberry Mule

1.) 0.5 oz of finest call lemon juice, 0.5 oz strawberry puree, 2 oz of Jack Daniel’s, 3 dashes of angostura bitters

3.) add 1.5oz of ginger beer to the tin and strain into a rocks glass garnished with a lemon wedge

Walk-Ons Whiskey Sour

1.) 2.5 oz of lemon sour, 0.5 oz of passion fruit puree, 2 oz of buffalo trace, and 3 dashes of orange bitters

2.) add ice and shake

3.) strain into a highball glass garnished with a lemon chip

Green tea shot

1.) add 0.5 oz lemon sour, 0.5 oz peach schnapps, 0.5 oz Jameson

2.) Add ice and shake

3.) add 1 oz of sprite to tin and strain into a rocks glass

Lemon Drop Shot

1.) rim a rocks glass with sugar and garnish with lemon

2.) 0.25 oz lemon juice, 0.25oz simple syrup, 1 oz deep eddy lemon vodka

3.) add ice and shake

4.) strain into garnished glass

Mexican Candy

1.) rim a rocks glass with tajin using a lime

2.) in a shaker tin add 0.25 oz finest call lime juice, 0.5 oz watermelon pucker, 0.75 oz lunazul, and 1 dash of hot sauce

3.) add ice and shake

4.) strain into rimmed glass

Tropical Vegas Bomb

1.) 0.5 oz cranberry juice, 0.25oz peach schnapps, 0.5 crown

2.) add ice and shake

3.) to the tin add 4 oz of tropical redbull into a rocks glass
