What is the process of Refractometry?
Put on gloves.

\-Calibrate!

Wipe Refractory slide window with sterile gauze.

Open urine sample and place one droplet on slide window- close slide window gently.

Complete 3 clean wash with dropper using distilled water and water cup.

Pick up refractometer and look to a light source.

Read numbers on left between blue and white line.

Clean sample slide and place sterile gauze on slide for storage.

Remove gloves and wash hands.
