sternocleidomastoid
Attaches to the mastoid process and originates from the manubrium and sternal end of clavicle.
biceps brachii
Originates from the supraglenoid tubercle and coracoid process of scapula, and inserts at the radial tuberosity.
flexor digitorum superficialis
Originates from the medial epicondyle of the humerus and coronoid process of the ulna, inserting at the middle phalanges of digits 2-5.
flexor digitorum profundus
Originates from the anteromedial surface of the ulna and inserts at the distal phalanges of digits 2-5.
extensor digitorum
Originates from the lateral epicondyle of the humerus and inserts at the distal and middle phalanges of digits 2-5.
rectus femoris
Originates from the anterior inferior iliac spine and inserts at the patella.
vastus lateralis
Originates from the greater trochanter and linea aspera, inserting at the patella.
vastus intermedius
Originates from the anterolateral surface of the femur and inserts at the patella.
vastus medialis
Originates from the linea aspera and inserts at the patella.
deltoid
Originates from the acromion process, spine of scapula, and clavicle, inserting at the deltoid tuberosity.
triceps brachii
Originates from the infraglenoid tubercle of the scapula and posterior humerus, inserting at the olecranon process.
biceps femoris
Originates from the ischial tuberosity and linea aspera, inserting at the head of the fibula.
semimembranosus
Originates from the ischial tuberosity and inserts at the medial condyle of the tibia.
semitendinosus
Originates from the ischial tuberosity and inserts at the proximal, medial surface of the tibia.
