An expert or specialist in the study of nutrition.

Nutritious (adj)

Containing many of the substances that help the body to grow and stay healthy; nourishing.

Organism (n)

An individual animal, plant, or single-celled life form.

Press-up (n)

An exercise in which you lie on your stomach and raise your body off the ground by pushing with your hands.

Properly (adv)

In a way that is correct, suitable, or appropriate.

Recipe (n)

A set of instructions used for preparing and cooking a particular food dish.

Regular (adj)

Happening or done often at fixed intervals.

Spread (v, n)

To reach or cover a wider area; the act of expanding over a space.

Star jump (np)

An exercise performed by jumping into the air while spreading arms and legs wide.

The quality or state of being physically strong.

Suffer from (v)

To experience physical or mental pain or an illness.

Treatment (n)

Medical care given to a patient for an illness or injury, or a specific way of behaving toward someone.

Treat (v)

To give medical care to someone for an illness; also used synonymously with 'cure' in certain contexts.
