O: ischial tuberosity

extend thigh & flex leg (BFS only flexes)

Medial thigh

obturator n. (AM has tibial AND obturator innervation)

O: pubis and ischium

adduct & flex thigh (G flexes leg & AD extends thigh)

Posterior compartment (superficial)

tibial n.

I: posterior calcaneus via Achilles tendon

plantarflex foot & flex leg (S only plantarflex foot)
