Henry VIII
King that wanted a male heir led to the English Reformation, establishment of the Church of England, and the execution of two wives,
Catherine of Aragon
Queen during the protestant reformation and the first wife of Henry VIII, got divorced by her husband and died of natural causes. Daughter of the Catholic Monarch of Spain.
Mary Tudor
New Queen of England that tried to get England back to Catholicism.
Elizabeth I
A powerful Tudor queen who ruled England from 1558 to 1603, defeated the Spanish Armada, and led a golden age of stability and culture. Daughter of Anna Boe and Henry 8
Anglicanism
The form of Christianity established in England under Henry VIII, where the monarch not the Pope is head of the Church of England.
Act of Uniformity
Required everyone in England to follow the same Protestant form of worship in the Church of England under Elizabeth I.

Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella
Rulers of Spain during 1482-1492. Became a couple of absolute power and expelled jews that did not want to convert. Father and Mother of Catherine of Aragon and they had five children.
Concordat of Bologna (France)
The Pope got the right to collect income from the French Catholic Church while Francis got the right to appoint church officials, which restricted their right to communicate with the Pope directly.
Peace of Augsburg 1555
Gave individual rulers in the HRE the right to decide whether their subjects would be Catholic or Lutheran.

Created the ability of Merchants and Banking industry in florence.
Fugger Family
Established the banking industry in Augsburg.

In which the church has little to no political influence.
